Take a look around in your house, do you have any SC Johnson products? Common SC Johnson products include Glade®, Pledge®, Windex®, Mr. Muscle®. If you answered yes to that question, congraduations, you assisted a child rapist get a 4 month sentence for molesting his 12 year old daughter 15 – 20 times.  Who’s money do you think he used to pay for an attorney capable of that? Your money.Â
The Story...
On June 6th 2014, Samuel Curtis “Curt” Johnson III agreed to plead guilty to fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. Johnson had raped his 12 year old step daughter several times over the course of 3 years.  Johnson is the billionaire heir to the SC Johnson fortune, something you should probably consider before buying Glade, Pledge, Windex, Or Mr. Muscle.
His charges were dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor because there was trouble getting the witness to testify. It must be very difficult for a minor to face the man in court that raped her multiple times when she was younger.
Michael F. Hart, one of Johnson’s attorneys, said maximum terms should be reserved for “maximum defendants,” repeat offenders or those who try to disrupt the prosecution of their case. Johnson, he noted, has no prior record and has led an otherwise productive life.
Pro pedophile Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz said he was “troubled” by the state recommendation, since he’s never seen prosecutors seek maximum sentences for a first-time offender before, and imposed the term the defense suggested. Because to judges that support rich Pedophiles, 9 months in prison is a ridiculous thing to ask for in a case where a wealthy man raped a 12 year old several times over the course of 3 years.
So remember when you’re at the store next time, if you purchase an SC Johnson product, eventually a man who raped his own daughter for 3 years will be the one that gets your money.
