There have been numerous reports surfacing on the internet describing vandalism, death threats, and other crimes being committed against McKinney Texas residents. There have also been several pieces of shoddy journalism filled with misinformation trying to justify these actions, like the article wrote by Justin King of The 5th Column News. Apparently to these guys, it’s “Good” when children have to be taken out of a neighborhood due to receiving death threats.
The Unbiased Truth
On Vandalism
The vandalism does seem to be an ongoing issue that was happening before the “Pool Incident”. The resident admits this while making a statement to the news. He does claim that the activity has escalated since the “Pool Incident”, but so far no police reports have been filed.
On Death Threats
Residents of McKinney Texas are claiming they’ve received numerous death threats. Some parents are so concerned they have reportedly removed their children from the neighborhood. A resident that was “doxed” claims that he has been threatened online several times. It is mentioned by a few residents that the origin of the threats was usually twitter.
The Resident was actually Dox Attacked
The resident giving one of those statement was apparently “doxed” by a member of anonymous. His arrest record information from 11 years prior was published online. This was in response to a bounty put on his head by the flyer seen in the second picture where a $200 reward was offered for his name.
The Ensuing Protest Was Peaceful
Over 500 people of mixed races, mostly black, protested at the Joyce Kelley Comstock Elementary School in McKinney. From there, they marched through the Craig Ranch community subdivision.
Protestors chanted “Black Lives Matter,” “Hands Up Don’t Shoot,” “No Justice No Peace”, and the more unusual chant “Let’s Go Swimming.”
Though technically the demonstration on Monday night remained peaceful, this protest movement has been anything but peaceful. – Breitbart
The Conclusion
There is evidence of criminal activities and/or wrongdoing. One, if not more of the residents were dox attacked online. When you do this with the intent of causing harm or harassment, it is illegal.
To tell the whole truth, one must also mention that the protests after the “Pool Incident” so far were peaceful. This would indicate that there is a group of people carrying out the death threats, vandalism (if it’s related), and online harassment, and that this group of people does not represent everyone involved.
This is not the answer
If children had to be relocated out of this community, try thinking about them. Children are always innocent, if they end up having to be moved far enough away that they are taken out of their current school, it could adversely affect their lives if they have to leave all their friends. According to the racial demographics of this community, the children could be any race, including African American, so if #blacklivesmatter, consider their lives as well.
