Exif Data, What in the Heck is that?
Even in 2015 most people still do not know, when you take a picture with a digital camera or cell phone the device will tag the picture with “Exif” data.  Exif data typically contains the time and date that the picture was taken, and usually the location if the picture was taken with a cell phone that has GPS capabilities.
What does Dylann Roof's Exif Data say?
Dylann Roof took the pictures with 2 cameras, a Kodak Easyshare Camera, C1530 and a Unknown Motorola Device. The two flag desecration pictures were taken May 11th 2015. After examining all 60 photos included in Dylann’s Manifesto, we believe the date to be accurate to within 1 day. The time does seem off in some of the pictures, we estimate approximately by 12 hours.
