Chilo Neli decided it’d be a great idea to violate several laws.  He stole a Confederate flag out of a cemetery and then proceeded to try to set it on fire. Unfortunately Chilo doesn’t understand how lighters work, as he failed to burn the flag.  Since this is obviously a crime, Chilo should be investigated by the police and arrested.  Since Chilo is using an alias on facebook, we’ve decided to post the names of all his relatives that he proudly posted on the same facebook page. I’m sure one of them will know his name and where to look if they are interrogated by the police.
Since Chilo Neli likes to hide behind an alias while proudly displaying his family members publicly, we decided to list then since it’s public information. I’m sure one of them would know where to send the police, Chilo currently resides in Carrollton, Mississippi.
